  1. Meeting Space
    1. Ivan reminds us we will be in A429 (Next to TRIO) every Wed. from 1:00 - 2:30 through May.
  2. Teaching Squares
    1. Dates Set:
      1. Sept. 15 -- First Email Deadline
      2. Sept 22 -- Real Email Deadline
      3. Sept 29 -- First Square Dance
        1. 12:30 - 2:00
        2. Mona to secure L240
      4. Dec. 1 -- Second Square Dance

    2. Coordination
      1. Squares will be formed by all TLT members not attending core workshop on 9/27.
      2. Notebook materials will be printed prior to that date.
      3. Sharon has work-study students who can assemble notebooks.
    3. Food
      1. Glory House for first meeting
      2. BBQ requested for second
      3. Sharon will email Pat Henry after we know how many will attend.
    4. Fliming
      1. Sharon will email George and Lorri, cc Sherry, asking them to film the final session.
  3. Load Discussion
    1. Mona is considering taking on the website, but is unsure if her load will permit her to. More next week.
  4. Website
    1. Strongly feel wee need a prototype by Oct. 1.
    2. Need more direction from Martha.
    3. Need brainstorming session
    4. Sharon suggests a peer-reviewed site in order to avoid the "stuff" proliferation on other exchanges if we decide to go the exchange route.
    5. If we do open this to the public design will not be an issue since it will probably be handled by PR.
    6. Brainstorm more on this next week.
  5. Lee's Job Description
    1. Consensus seems to be (typing very lightly here) that we need to combine what Lee wrote with out existing (outgrown) mission statement.
    2. Sonya suggests putting in a part about how we liaison with other groups on campus including advising.
    3. More work needed.

    2. Who?
    3. Need clarity on this issue
