  1. Emotional Intelligence Post-Mortem
    1. Overall very enjoyable

    2. Light on application

    3. This was very much an intro, but in hindsight we don't seem to be in consensus -- did we want an intro?
    4. Active Learning Techniques could have been better
    5. Some things, like the flowers PowerPoint, could have been left out.

    6. We need a brain theory presentation next
  2. Squares Luncheon
    1. Next Friday in L240
    2. George M. has the jump drives for participants
    3. Sherry is checking on BBQ prices

  3. Evergreen Conference
    1. We need conformation from Paul that the school will send a team before we make further plans.
    2. Once we have confirmation we need to send out an email to faculty (maybe to all of NLC to capture administrators as well) to solicit volunteers
    3. Conference falls in the third week of Sum I so we may have trouble finding volunteers.
  4. Load
    1. Paul has confirmed 40% for Spring and has asked us to develop alternative plans.
    2. We cannot develop plans as we are not compensation experts.
    3. We do not want to fill out time sheets.
    4. We are dissatisfied (again) with the continued lack of guidance. Admin continues to question our role but shows no interest in helping to shape our mission.
