Abbreviations & Icon- Type of assignment

- Exercises are required in-chapters activities to be completed for the Chapter in question. You are required to send the exercises to your instructor the same week they are assigned.
- Skills Reviews may be completed to reinforce the chapter concepts. These are not turned or posted to GeoCities.
- Independent Challenges and Visual Workshops are mandatory, graded assignments and are posted to GeoCities. You must go to www.geocities.com and register. Send your instructor an email giving your username and password.
- Activities are ungraded assignments done that expand on material on the textbook or from lecture. Remember, at this point this calendar is in progress, so many of these links will be added as the semester progresses.
